So. Today was my first day of school. It was fine and dandy, everyone respected my name and pronouns. Everything was fine until, after school. I made the decision to walk home. I’m an idiot. In Oklahoma today it was 99 degrees!!!(37 celcius i think.) I’m currently in the tub trying to get rid of the horrible pain in my stomach from walking. I had the option to take the bus or even ask someone to take me home. 30 min walk/5-2 min drive.

Oh boy, Charles! After all the worries you expressed about starting back at school, your thread title was just a bit alarming! :D

I'm sorry your walk home was so unpleasant. Hope you're feeling better soon. :)

It's true that kids get a lot more feral on the bus than they do in school, so if you were a little apprehensive about the bus ride, it's understandable. Just the same, heatstroke is serious -- take care of yourself!
