US President Donald Trump is to visit the United Kingdom from 12/07/18 - 14/07/18.

During his visit, the coward will be staying out of London as much as possible as there are expected to be massive demonstrations against him, not seen since the Iraq War. This despite the fact that the President told Prime Minister May that he would only visit the UK if she could ‘fix’ a better reception for him.

Previously a state visit was planned but thanks to Donald Trumps massive unpopulairty in the UK, and to objections from the Speaker of the House of Commons and the Official Opposition, the state visit idea was abandoned.

Sadiq Khan, Mayor of London, has been highly critical of Donald Trump since he was a Presidential candidate and has criticised him since he became President. Mr Khan has given the go ahead for protesters to fly a giant Trump baby balloon during Trumps visit.

The message is clear, Donald Trump is not welcome in the UK.

Looks like the Scottish have kicked it off with a small group protesting on his golf courses:

I can't believe it! It's like he blames May for the terrible reputation he has. Plus the fact that he wants freedom of speech "fixed".

    OPINION ALERT:
Well he's a Narcissist, he can't blame himself. (Just my personal opinion.)
    FANTASY AND OPINION ALERT:
The following is Audry's fantasy about Donald Trump's stream-of-consciousness thinking and is heavily tainted by personal opinion.

(My thoughts about what might be going on in Donald Trump's demented mind.) "And we beat Briton in the revolutionary war, so they're not entitled to Freedom of Speech are they? I mean didn't we take that away from them in the war? What was that war all about anyway? I mean, King George was abusing our poor and we threw him out so the rich Adams Brothers could abuse our own poor -- wasn't that the idea? Oh yeah, there was that ridiculous Thomas Jefferson thing, and all those whiny amendments he tricked the Adams boys into tacking onto the Constitution. Didn't we repeal those? If we didn't, we should. I'm the Dictator (um, president), and I decree all those pissy little amendments nulled and voided! What? I can't do that? Congress???!!! Thought they were just symbolic -- a rubber stamp. I want those amendments ripped up, and congress better do what I say, or I'll fire them. YOU'RE FIRED!!! A television show? Dammit. Well if I can't have my way I'm just going to take my Porn Star and go home -- back to that dump I'm supposed to live in. What good is being president if I can't even live where I want to. That place is a dump. I mean the chairs are just wood, why aren't they solid gold like the ones in my real house? And that stupid oval office thing. I get lost in there -- no corners -- what's that all about. And those damn courts. Those kids were mine, I kidnapped them fair and square to be my gardeners and servants. Isn't that what all those hipsanical people are for? Isn't that what they want? Those kids parents were filling their heads with all kinds of ridiculous ideas -- I had to get those kids away from their parents before they started to believe all that crap about equality and stuff. I mean those damned aliens were trying to upset the natural order of things -- rich on top, poor on the bottom. What's so hard to understand about that. They're aliens for God's sake -- send them back to Mars or wherever they came from. They stole those kids in the first place -- if those kids were really theirs, why aren't they green with antennae? And Mexico and all those other places are South of America. It's so simple, why don't they get it. South is below North -- if they were born down there, they're lower than we are. And they have no money! You have to have money to have rights -- I'm sure that's in the constitution somewhere. One of you lackeys look that up for me so I can Tweet it, and prove to those people that they have to be rich to get into this country. Wait, I'm what? I'm not German, my family has been born in America since forever. We were here before the natives. It's always been Trump, Trump, Trump. It's always been this Trumps this and that Trumps that. What? a card game? I invented cards! People think I'm German, is that why they call me a Nazi? And what's with all those LGBTQueer people trying to say they're just like everybody else -- how ridiculous. They can't even have babies for Crissake, they're going to die out, don't they get it? What? Some of them can? They should be sterilized! God didn't make queer people! What? He did? They're born that way? Oh shit! Well send them all back to Transylvania and then we'll build a wall around it so they can't get out. That's where they belong anyway. Trans people. They're not all Trans? The Hell they're not. They're all transgressors -- that's what "Trans" means. Oh, it doesn't? Well it should! Why can't I just have my way? I always used to get my way, then all of a sudden it's 'the constitution won't let me do this or that,' or ' Congress won't support this or that' -- WTF? I rule the World. What? I don't. Someone lied to me! I stole that election fair and square, you can't tell me I don't rule the world -- that's what that election was all about... wasn't it? Shit! You're all a pack of liars. Read your history, it says money is power and I have lots and lots of money, so I have lots and lots of power -- why can't I just do what I want. This job isn't what I thought it was -- I want another more powerful one. F**K you all! I'm going to take my Porn Star and go home, and you'll be sorry." *Trump sniffles, wipes his nose, dabs his eyes with his hankie, grabs his Porn Star by her hair and drags her off, like any good Neanderthal would*

GET THE HELL OUT AND VOTE THE NEXT TIME PEOPLE! AND DON'T BELIEVE THE CRAP YOU'RE TOLD, THINK FOR YOURSELF -- IT'S THE AMERICAN WAY!

If the Democrats take both houses in this November's election, which is very possible if you all GET OUT AND VOTE, We'll be rid of "the Donald" early next year. Wouldn't that be a hoot. Sure we'd have Pence, but at least he knows how the government works and wouldn't be likely to get into a game of Chicken (how childish was that?) and stumble us into a Nuclear War. And he'd be hamstrung by the Democratic Congress and couldn't do much and the Dems might throw him out too. If the Dems take the House, they'd elect the next Speaker of the House, and he'd be next in line after Pence, so we could conceivably end up with a Democrat for President in 2019, and this ridiculous nightmare would [probably] be over. But that can only happen if y'all VOTE. Screw voting your conscious, just vote a straight Democratic ticket -- we'll get back to sensible voting after we have a sensible Government again.

NOTE: The preceding is entirely a fantasy in Audry's mind, and is heavily tainted with personal opinion -- take it for what it's worth.

    Hugs,
    Audry Leigh

You are so right. Was reported on our news today that he said ‘lots of British people like me’. He could not be more wrong. While there are a lot who agree with many of his policies, his odious nature and impossibly huge ego make him unpopular even among those who agree with his ideas.

    OPINION ALERT:
Whatever you think of Obama, the man had moxie. I mean he stood in the shadow of Abraham Lincoln, on the steps of the old Illinois State Capitol when he declared his run for the Presidency.

Dwight D. Eisenhower was the last great military leader to be president, he sternly warned the American People about the great danger of the Military Industrial Complex (he was right), and shortly before leaving office he made a speech from the Oval Office in which he said, "God help this country if any man sits behind this desk who knows less about the Military than I do."

John Kennedy was the last president to believe in the concept of noblesse oblige, which is the moral obligation of those of high birth, powerful social position, etc., to act with honor, kindliness, generosity, etc. towards those less fortunate than themselves. He also made the now famous statement in his Inaugural Address, January 20, 1961, "My fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country." John Kennedy's murder marked the beginning of the end of the America I grew up in.

George H.W. Bush (in his youth, along with a young Dick Cheney) participated in the cover up of the murder of JFK by the CIA, and was also instrumental in the attack on the World Trade Center on 911, and helped orchestrate the propaganda that laid the blame on Middle Eastern Terrorists (see the Canadian Government's documentary on 911, commissioned on the 10th anniversary of the attack).

George W. Bush was a mental midget whose command of the English Language was pitiful. His grammar was far worse that of most Grade School students, and he couldn't seem to avoid speaking in double negatives.

Donald Trump is a dangerously paranoid, narcissistic, self important, ego maniac who is oblivious to many of the realities of World Politics.

During the "Days of Rage," my generation tried to restore some sanity to American government (and briefly succeeded). And how were we rewarded for our efforts? Our children and grandchildren have been poisoned and their minds and spirits destroyed by Methamphetamine -- not the result of criminal activity by (nameless) drug cartels, but as the result of criminal activity by the American [shadow] Government (AKA the Illuminati).

The time has come for another American Revolution -- not necessarily with gunpowder and lead this time, hopefully by a new generation of wise and charismatic leaders, but if push comes to shove, it may well be gunpowder and lead, and if any of you think it would be a fight between rebels and the American Military, think again. No self respecting American serviceman or woman is going to turn their guns on their countrymen. This country is supposed to be run by the people, it is supposed to belong to the people, and our service men and women are pledged to defend the American Constitution, not the American Government.

To take a line from Waylon Jennings (and to echo the sentiments of a very large part of my generation): "Maybe it's time we got back to the basics of love."

Though there are facts to back up much of what I have said here, I have included none of them, so the foregoing (and the following.) should be considered my personal opinion and nothing more (though you are more than welcome to look up the Canadian Government Commissioned documentary on the truth behind 911, and other factual presentations on the subjects I have touched on. Be sure to vet whatever information you find though, before believing it -- there is more than ample propaganda out there to all but bury the truth).

    Respectfully submitted,
    Audry Leigh

For context: The Sun is a right wing newspaper owned by Murdoch (same person who owns Fox News).

As an Irish person who understands very little, I feel like I understand his twisted logic a little bit more -- thank you xD

But what you said about Pence -- sure, he knows how government works, and isn't that the most worrying thing of all? He'll have the same goals, and just might achieve them more effectively because of his more delicate understanding of politics? I nearly would trust Trump more, because at least he's openly idiotic :0

I don't think he'd get any more concessions from Congress, so wouldn't have that much more influence on internal politics, but he knows better than to be name calling other foreign leaders, especially crazy ones with nuclear capabilities. Also, if we get a Congress that will impeach Trump, Pence would have to tread very lightly to avoid a similar fate, especially if there was a Democrat behind him in the line of succession, which there almost certainly will be after those elected in November's mid-term election take office (in January, I think). But yeah, Pence is more dangerous that Trump, overall. It's a sad day for America when we (many of us anyway) see our leaders as dangerous.

    Hugs,
    Audry

We had our issues with the King back when we were colonists, but the British people have always been an intelligent, civilized, and sensible group, and the Country has been a strong and valuable ally for many, many decades now. It's too bad that we have gotten so far from our British roots that so many of us (not me personally -- I voted for Bernie) were stupid enough to vote this anathema into the highest office in the land. I blame the Democrats. Nominating Hillary was worse than stupid, and the way it came about was downright criminal. Bernie Sanders would have beat Trump by double digits. It pains me to think about what we are living with, compared to what could have been (would have been) with Bernie as President.

To my distant relatives in Great Britain, and all the British people, my sincerest apologies (but why the Hell did you even let him into your country?). I'd also like to say a great big "Thank You" to all those who turned out to protest against mr. trump (not a typo, he doesn't deserve to be capitalized). Why does he not get that kind of reception here? Can we block him at the border and not let him come back? (Shit, probably not.)

    Hugs,
    Audry Leigh
