yeah, if the post title isn't enough then let me explain. Brother hates me, can't talk to parents much, nobody near me that's my age and speaks English. I won't go too into detail but an amount of pain was involved let's just say.
Just a warning, if you're gonna try to talk to me to make me feel better then it isn't gonna be easy.

EDIT: It's passing now, surprisingly this is a normal thing for me so don't worry

Could you perhaps elaborate on your situation a little?

I get depression due to stress, rejection, getting sorrow for no particular reason or having bad luck. Maybe your depression fit one of these. I might be wrong though.

Those sudden feelings of sadness can happen due to an overwhelming amount of stuff going on at once, or one big thing that has built up inside. It has happened to me too but it doesn't mean that everything is hopeless. Trying to focus on the things you enjoy when this is not happening can help. During the times you suddenly feel depressed sometimes it's best to just cry it out.

Awww, gawd. I couldn't stand my depression phase. It was unbearable.

I still get instances of abrupt sadness too! It's still a trial a bit.

Geez. I couldn't imagine what it's like from your perspective, though.

Ummm, here's something that may be of some use: When you're in a bad mood, the thing that's the worst almost always first comes to mind.

    I hope that helps some.

Sometimes life gets out of balance. That's just the way it is.
Did you ever wonder why it's called "falling" in love?
    Sometimes there's a net -- sometimes not.
