Basically, what movie do you like that a majority does not?

Upside Down is my "guilty pleasure".

I obviously know it needed more 'work' that could have made it much better but it's a movie that I love to watch. Sadly, every time I watch it - I wish for more in the middle. Oh well, I still <3 it. :)

The Lone Ranger. This is one that I honestly do not get why it got such bad reviews because it is a genuinely good film. It's not "so bad it's good", it's not a "guilty pleasure", it's a good movie, full stop. It's like they were attempting to do the kind of Lone Ranger movie that Walt would have if he were still alive today and as a result it's got a very old-fashioned vibe to it. Maybe that's not what a modern audience was looking for, but when I saw it at the theater the audience was packed with old timers and they all loved it.

In my community, I've heard people say that they hated Finding Dory & I would just restrain myself from arguing with them because I freakin' cried throughout the movie & that's something I barely do, crying. Sometimes I agree when people say sequels would ruin the first movie, but Finding Dory is one of those sequels that actually has an interesting & intriguing story line to follow (like Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, etc).

I also loved Big Hero 6, yet some people disliked it & expected "better".

Lastly, A Beautiful Mind. My psychology teacher showed us this movie & after watching it, they were complaining & saying "Oh that was really stupid, what was the whole point of the movie?" I respect people's opinion, but they didn't even watch it that much. All they did was talk. As for me, the movie made me become more open-minded -- I mean I was before, but it expanded greatly.

I really enjoyed the maze runner! (both movies) as a fan of the books, of course I was disappointed in some parts of it, but i really liked it otherwise

The first Starship Troopers. People come down on it all the time, but it is the one movie I can watch over and over again year round. Except during December, then I am all about A Christmas Story at least once every other day.

Absolutely love Kikis Delivery Service! It's super cheesy and corny. I first fell in love with it when I was a preteen and can STILL watch it and enjoy it!!! Lol

It got slaughtered in reviews and rating, but I was and remain a fan of the 2006 video game inspired Horror movie Stay Alive

I was in love with this movie when I was younger. My mother even loved it, which is saying a lot since animation isn't her thing. She ended up naming our dog after her - oddly enough.

That's too funny... It's starting to get kind of eerie how many similarities we have ... In a good way

I love the movie The Perks of Being a Wallflower. It makes me cry or want to cry, it talks about mental health issues and their effects, loneliness, and high school. It also has Emma Watson and Ezra Miller in it, so nothing can beat that, hahaha.

    "Jack and the Cucoo-Clock Heart"

I have never heard of anyone else knowing this movie. I watched it on Netflix and though it's rather bizarre, it's also very fun.
