I think it’s you can see yourself in the relationship and there is an attraction, but it isn’t strong enough to pursue.

I think goes in hand with heteroromantic.

That's a great question! The way I think of it is that "bi-curious" is a label some people use when they are not sure if they are attracted to people of only one gender or if they are attracted to people of more than just one gender. Often this is used as a temporary label (if they feel the need for a label at all at that point) while they figure things out for themselves.

"Bisexual" is defined as being attracted to people of more than one gender (could be male/female, could be more than 2 gender identities), regardless of their past or current experiences or sexual identity labels or relationships. This is usually refers to sexual attraction to more than one gender, but does not exclude romantic attraction to people of one or more genders.

"Biromantic" means you are romantically attracted to people of more than one gender, regardless of your past or current experiences or relationships and regardless of your sexual preferences as well.

Ultimately though, they are all just labels (like nametags) that anyone, regardless of your past or current experiences, relationships, previous sexual identity labels, or gender identity can use for as long or as little as they feel works for them.
