So I had very bad experiences lately with interviews. I never had bad experiences with interviews before I used to pass them. Now my self confidence really went down. I think recent personal issues in my life really knocked me down and they bleed in my connections with others at job interviews. Now I have severe anxiety and I hate rejection. How to prepare mentally for interviews after multiple rejections and rudeness

What I've done in the past is to go into an interview like I already have the job. Even if I'm not confidant the illusion of confidence goes a long way.

Interviews are hard because of the biases of the person doing the interview. A person could not have a chance simply because the interviewer knows someone that has the same first name as you and they don't like them so they shift that dislike onto you. Or there could be other issues like age, race, sexuality, or gender discrimination.

If you don't talk to some kind of manager you end up talking to someone that handles hiring in HR and there are a lot of women working in HR.

Thats the problem. Why women love hr so much? I think the obsession of control or maybe to sit on the chair all day long.

From what I understand a lot of women are pigeonholed into to HR because they are supposed to be more "sensitive" and it puts them on a path that keeps a number of them from leadership in other positions.
