    Any forum that somehow allows this shitty advert to appear no longer has my support and I don’t care what the reasons are.

    We really don't have any control over the "border ads" that run on this site. Even the owner doesn't have control over them. It's part of how the Internet works. This site needs the income from the border ads, and they're kind of like a subscription -- you simply have no control over what ads run. You essentially lease space to an advertising agency, and they run whatever their statistics tell them will make money for you and them -- it's not up to us, we cannot control it.

    While I understand where you're coming from, I think you're very much overreacting. Like the others have said, you can just ignore the ads or just get an ad blocker. You don't have to leave the site over some stupid ad. The admins and even the person who owns this site don't have any control over what ads you see, so please, don't take it out on them.

    I agree ads are annoying, but as others suggested, try an adblocker. I myself use AdBlock and it even blocks all those annoying ads on YouTube.

    It's weird that you see any ads at all. Even with the adblocker specially disabled for this forum I see 0 ads at any time. The only reason I'm keeping it on is that somehow it being ON speeds up the loading time by a little. Considering I'm on the other side of the globe from where the forum is hosted, naturally the ping and jitter are unusually high for me, so any milisecond speeding things up is welcome for me.
