Transsexual Have the vagina

Hi all, maybe it's me that I have these doubts, but I have a huge desire to have a vagina, and sometimes I really want to be able to have my period as a genetic woman and also a strong desire to be a mother and be able to get pregnant, I know that all this is not possible, yet it is one of the thoughts I have in mind in my desire to be a complete woman. Sometimes I feel deeply discouraged by asking myself, what is the use of hormonal operations and treatments if I can never be a real woman? I assure you that this destroys me and makes me deeply sad. What do you think about it? How can I overcome all this discomfort? Thanks to all those who will answer me, Claudia

 

I am at a loss of words as saying I understand does not help you. Telling you that you can adopt does not take away the wanting a child that comes from the love with in you as it grows.

I hope others come along with better response.

All I can do is hold you and tell you I am sorry but get help in therapy and do not let this eat you alive.

One of my best friends back in Portugal had her uterus removed when she was 20 so no periods and obviously no pregnancies. She did not stop being a woman after the surgery or because her body didn't have a few of its functions.
So if she didn't stop being a woman because of it, neither will you <3

 

I can't help you  

I'm not sad about can't getting pregnant because I don't want children. And I don't think getting pregnant or being a mother is something essential for being a woman. I don't know why a lot of (genetic) woman think so  

What makes me sad is that others sometimes say that I am not a real woman if they know my past. That's why I don't tell people about my past anymore.

 

Lieke In life we want to learn from the best, not the worst so please don't be led by ignorant people, they have nothing to teach you.
You know when someone is a real woman? When she says she is.

Claudialev You can have a vagina, that at least is possible.
The rest not yet, but as Corvus said, you don't necessarily need it to be a real woman.
You already are a real woman. It's just that your body is the wrong one.

Thank you Alsthom, but it is one of the things that genetic women accuse us of wanting to be women without being fully women. For them we cannot define ourselves as we do not know what it is to have menstruation and suffer the pain of childbirth and the danger of becoming pregnant and therefore mothers. I would like to try it and I really want it, that's why I feel diminished in my being a woman, even if I wish to be such accusations and reality weigh on me. but maybe it's just me that I'm wrong.

My dear, that's transphobia by a different name. They would not accuse a sterile woman of not being a woman; they would probably pity her like something was wrong with her but they would never call her anything other than a woman. So yeah, they're transphobic, and we are not led by ignorance so who cares what they think? A proper woman would not be put another woman down based on her body so genetic women they may be, but good women they are not.

Oh, i understand...it'll always hurt. Every day when I try to talk to people outside here about being non-binary I get laughed at, called confused, told to "pick a gender and be done with it". Of course it hurts, a lot, but we need to do our best not to let them dictate our life.

I know my dear, believe me, but it's one of the reasons why I'm so proud of our family here. How we fight and keep fighting. For visibility, for rights, for acceptance.
Is it difficult? Yes. Do I wish we didn't have to fight all the time? Of course. But for now that's our reality and I'm proud of our strength.
